God Who Cannot Lie

While the earth remaineth,
seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat,
and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
Gen. 8:22

There has never been a day when the night did not fall
nor has there been a night when the sun did not rise.

As long as the earth has been, there has been a summer and a winter.

As long as the earth remains, there will be seedtime

 and harvest.

And that is just one of God's many promises.

Seeing a lovely sunset or plucking something from the garden
is a great reminder to ponder the God who always keeps His promises.
To wonder in awe over the God who cannot lie (Titus 1:2)

Abraham never lived to see all the promises come to pass
that God gave Him, yet he staggered not and
"...was strong in faith, giving glory to God".
Rom. 4:20

And it didn't change the fact that God still kept His promises!

Strengthen yourself in the Word.
Know what God has promised.
Rejoice in the faithfulness of God,
even if you are not seeing the end result.

Do not stagger...
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise,
as some men count slackness;
but is longsuffering to us-ward,
not willing that any should perish,
but that all should come to repentance.
2 Pet. 3:9
